Attorney Ann I. Brandau
Attorney Ann I. Brandau is a partner and managing attorney at Brandau & Waltz Law Offices, LLP, in La Crosse. She helps clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota find solutions to their legal problems in matters of divorce, family law and personal injury.
Attorney Brandau earned her law degree at Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she served on the Hamline Law Review from 1985 to 1986. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse. In 1986, she was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar, the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. She is also licensed to practice in Minnesota.
In practice since 1986, Ann has committed her career to helping her clients with their legal issues while keeping a watchful eye on protecting their well-being. During her nearly 30 years of practice, she has represented hundreds of people in divorce, child custody and support matters, as well as with living wills, trusts, and last wills and testaments. Ann has also helped many people receive compensation after accidents, including work-related and automobile accidents. Ann possesses a wealth of personal and professional experience in helping people during some of the most difficult times of their lives.
Attorney Peter T. Waltz
Attorney Peter T. Waltz, a founding partner at Brandau & Waltz Law Offices, LLP, is an accomplished advocate for people who have been injured in accidents or at work or who are disabled. Attorney Waltz has devoted nearly 30 years to clients needing assistance with Social Security appeals, Social Security Disability Insurance appeals, Supplemental Security Income appeals, personal injury lawsuits, product liability (faulty products) claims, and workers' compensation claims and appeals.
Attorney Waltz earned his law degree at Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he served on the Hamline Law Review from 1985 to 1986. Peter earned his undergraduate degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he majored in finance.
In 1986, he was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar, and in 1989, he was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar. In 1988, he was admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the United States District Court of Minnesota.
Since entering the practice of law, Peter has focused his legal expertise and energies on helping his clients find solutions to their Social Security, personal injury and workers' compensation issues.
Attorney Waltz is a member of the La Crosse County Bar Association and the Wisconsin and Minnesota state bar associations.
